What do you want around the new stadium?

Hi vikings,

Let's just say I'm a big fan of Percy Harvin and not much of a fan of Christian Ponder, but that's beside the point. I'm participating in an urban design competition focused on redeveloping a few plots of land around the new stadium. Anyway, I'd love to hear your pie in the sky ideas for what you'd like to see around the new stadium and the armory. Any bars you would hate to see go, like Humphrey's? That type of thing. I'm sure you guys have been counting the days for this awesome new stadium. I'd love to hear what you want around it to enhance the experience on Sunday as well as the other 6 days of the week.

A Vikings hall of fame. Or even Minnesota hall of fame. The Denver Broncos have one at their stadium. The Kansas City Royals have a REALLY cool one.

A bunch of Super Bowl Championship banners hanging on the outside of the building.

A giant cheese-shredder at each entrance to get rid of cheesehead hats. Back it up with a city ordinance.
