Re: Zimmer knows.....

Any notion to change up a winning formula at a critical stretch of the season is just nonsense. I would be completely and utterly shocked to see Zim trot Teddy on the field come Sunday. I think Case would have to self destruct.....possibly twice in order for Zim to put Teddy out there. I will gladly...

If the NY Giants start making calls about what they can get for Eli Manning. Should the Vikings take that call?
Nope

Re: Sam-Teddy-Case thread

Not a fan of that idea. Offensive linemen talk all the time about how different quarterbacks require different setups in protection. That's because every quarterback sets up differently. Some are 7 yards deep and tend to escape the pocket. Some are 8-9 yards deep and like to step up. Also, their ca...

Re: Week 9: Vikings vs. Bye

Based on last year, this is the most critical game of the year. We lost it last year bigly. Was 5-0 just all smoke and mirrors? What incredible force turned this team from perfect to mediocre? Did the coaching staff inadvertantly adopt a losing mindset after Bye? INQUIRING MINDS WANT TO KNOW! Agree...

Re: Sam-Teddy-Case thread

If Bradford is not ready next week I think you still roll with Case. I'm still upset with Bradfords last appearance.....did the staff REALLY think he could go? Didn't look like he was even capable of going to the grocery store let alone being trotted out on the field. What was going on? Never the le...

Re: Sam-Teddy-Case thread

Keenum has the heart of a lion, and has made a few good plays. But in all of the games this season, he has been bailed out by his receivers quite a bit. High floaty stuff, that gets receivers hurt that Thielen/Diggs and now Treadwell, have been bailing him out. I can't remember that many balls that...

Re: Week 6 reaction thread

Wasn't perfect but good enough for the W. As mentioned by a previous poster I really hated how they went into ultra conservative mode later in the game. I was really hoping for one more td but oh well. Hope Floyd is back up to snuff soon and gets more targets as well as Treadwell. Confidence is key ...

Re: Biggest surprise player so far

My vote goes to Keenum with Alexander second. Living near St Louis all I heard from the locals was how bad he was and funny that we have had 3 ex Rams at qb (Hill) + Shurmer. I think it has worked out ok so far aside from Bradford being injured but from a play calling perspective and having one of t...

Re: Case and point

I remember when fans were saying he wasnt a good backup. Again I will say he's a top 5 backup in the league I would like to see a larger sample size with Keenum. He has been on pretty crappy teams and seeing as how this team is far better than those maybe he just needs a bit more time. He is obviou...

Re: Week 5 Reaction Thread

8. MIchael Floyd... hope to see more from him. He definitely has the big body and reach. Could make Jarius Wright completely redundant... and I hear the Giants are in need of WRs really badly... Spielman should get on the phone. All in all, we got the road win after a very bumpy first half. That wa...

It was the definition of an ugly win.
Didn't he have groin issues last year? Hope to see more of Floyd next week. Sadly I'm losing hope for Treadwell.
