My ONLY reasoning (which is about as far from fool-proof as you can get) is that the NFL has had so much go wrong for it lately in terms of its image that things can't possibly get any worse. This CAN'T be another football player who killed someone...right ...

If Peterson is dealt, it better not be for any less than a first round pick. At the end of the day, we hold all the cards. There's no point in cutting him now. Who the hell are we going to spend the money on? Almost all of the big name guys have signed.
