Re: Young Theodore Bridgewater
I certainly agree that the running game contributed to low scoring production but then, I think the inconsistency of the entire offense contributed to it.
There you go now your starting to get it. Now just understand the second half of the season TB was by far the most consistent player on ...

Re: Young Theodore Bridgewater
Well, it sounds great but how did they arrive at it? How many of those completions were simple check downs (Asiata alone had 44 receptions this year).
There's a lot of focus on TB's completion percentage, accuracy under pressure, etc., much of it encouraging (especially since he had some of his ...

Re: Young Theodore Bridgewater
Technically the offense was pretty average in two games, above average in the other, and significantly below average in the Carolina game. We are actually about 10 yards below league average in the last four games, offensively. Now, I think a lot of that is the fact that we had such a big lead ...

Re: PHP's "All-Out" Full Mock Offseason
Pondering, I haven't had a chance to read your post yet but I suggest avoiding yellow text in future posts. It's very hard to read in the board's lighter mode, which many of us use.
Now, on to the mock...!
I didn't know there was a lighter mode. I know it's your colors but I found it hard to ...

Re: Young Theodore Bridgewater
Mothman brings up an important point. Our offense is still sub-standard. The Vikes are averaging about 10 yards per game fewer passing yards this year than last, although it seems that most of that difference is the increase in sack yardage this year, which I think is because of the offensive line ...

Re: Young Theodore Bridgewater
I understand that all QBs make mistakes. They all throw interceptions, are affected by pressure, can get rattled after a big hit, miss throws, etc. I'm not waiting for perfection and I've never held Bridgewater or any other QB to that standard. I just believe it takes time for any player to truly ...

Re: Young Theodore Bridgewater
I think it's the other way around. Right now Teddy Bridgewater handles pocket pressure better than Luck. Bridgewater reads the field amazingly, goes through his progressions amazingly. That's the biggest flaw with Luck if you flush him out of the pocket he will make mistakes. He stays locked in the ...

Re: Young Theodore Bridgewater
WOW what happen here? I came back here thinking I would find multiple threads on how great a season Teddy B is having. Instead I read posts about all of his faults and how he is inaccurate. How blind can you be. Teddy is shattering records with his accuracy and he is doing it with one of the least ...

Re: Teddy Bridgewater
Hey guys, new Member here. I am a Texans fan who migrated over here because I wanted to follow Bridgewater. The Texans biggest need by far was quarterback. So of course I studied every quarterback in the draft. I watched video, I mean a lot of video. I watched everything on Bridgewater and most ...
