Jadeveon Clowney - DL - Player
When asked about DE Jadeveon Clowney's work ethic, South Carolina coach Steve Spurrier said, "He was OK."
Spurrier isn't doing the talented Clowney any favors as the NFL world descends on Indy for the Scouting Combine. "He was OK. It wasn't like Marcus Lattimore ...

Re: Tampa, Florida Vikings?
one of the sites has a list of clubs all over the united states I will see if i can find it online next weekend
Yeah, that's what I searched for. I found one group that was local but the website is down and the owners email is no longer active. The next closest was in Orlando (bout 2 hr drive for ...

Re: Tampa, Florida Vikings?
try some other vikings boards as well. I know Sacramento has a group and i think a small group meets on Sunday in my town
at a place called the Happy Viking
Yeah, I've looked all over but have yet to find a Florida based Vikings group. There is a Packers bar 2 blocks from my house and three ...

Re: Incognito
I what I can't comprehend is the fact that some people think it's OK to make comments like the ones the 3 players said to Martin and pass it off as "trying to toughen him up." and make him a better player. How a comment about what they were going to do to his sister sex wise has nothing to do with ...

Re: Potential Draft Targets
Lol! Is it bad that my fiancée scheduled our wedding around Nebraska's first "bye" week this year?!?! She said, "The day will be stressful enough without you checking your phone every 5 minutes for a score update!"
I'm just praying that the weekend we are scheduled to leave for St. Thomas on ...

Re: Potential Draft Targets
I also agree with staying at 8 or trading back. I would not want a QB other than Bridgewater or Manzel unless its in the later rounds. I wouldn't mind Boyd if he fell to the late rounds. If they dont go QB in the first round I would like best available LB
I liked your idea of a playmaker at RB ...

Re: Potential Draft Targets
I honestly had no idea what you were referring to w/ "big four" until half way into your post when it become somewhat clearer that you were referring to QBs and that you had likely included Carr under that umbrella. Assuming that is what you meant, I DO NOT like Carr at 8, at all. Even Bortles ...

Re: Incognito
The comments by the posters here are sad.
Here are some facts:
#1 - Incognito is a rough, in-your-face guy. He talks smack. He doesn't pull punches. It's not a bad trait for a professional football player who plays on the line.
#2 - Incognito was cleared of wrongdoing with the JM issue
#3 ...

Re: 2014 Free Agent Tracker & Discussion
I'm a Burelson fan but he's 32 and it's not like we're hurting at WR. Simpson might not even need to be kept.
I think we're fine with
Jennings
CP
Wright
With the other 2 spots going to Childs/Smith/Draft Pick/youngish depth FA/Simpson
Has there been any word on Childs returning from the knee ...

Tampa, Florida Vikings?
I live in the Tampa area (Largo specifically) and would love to meet some other local Vikings fans for games, draft. If you are in the area or know of members that are, please HMU!

Potential Draft Targets
I'm a big advocate of staying put at #8 in the draft. If one of the "Big 4" falls to us, take him, let Matt (assuming we get him to resign after he checks the market) start the season and bring the rookie in when he's ready or if Matt is struggling and the season seems to be spiraling. According to ...
