1st and 10, Holding, 10 yard penalty, 1st and 11??
Am I the only one that noticed that? (Maybe it was discussed in the game thread but I'm not going to search 16 pages of posts to find out) I believe it was in the third quarter, I can't say for sure off the top of my head though. Maybe on the holding penalty called on Diggs? Anyway, it was Vikings b...

Re: vikes wanted manziel
I heard that on the interview while driving home too. I think it's a possibility. I was wondering why Spielman just didn't say no it was for Bridgewater, even if it was a lie. But regardless, based on pre draft reports and how much they worked with Teddy, I am going to assume it WAS for Bridgewater...

Re: vikes wanted manziel
Although I would like to say otherwise, Spielman responding with a "no comment" when asked if they were trying to trade into the 22 pick to grab John Manziel is basically admitting as much. He would have been better served to simply say that they were trying to get into that spot to pick o...

Re: Vikings QB of the future search list
I don't understand how Bridgewater's stock has dropped somewhat. He went from guaranteed #1 pick to now some people's 3rd or 4th QB. I think it's the first picture you see when you google him that is causing his stock to drop  Not sure what it is about it but it definitely doesn't say, "f...

Official "Welcome To Minnesota Coach Zimmer!" Thread
How about a thread where us fans can give a warm welcome and a bit of advice to our new head football coach? Who knows, he might just tune in here one day to see what the Viking fan base thinks. I don't remember there ever being this level of excitement over a new coach hire. Congrats coach, I for o...

Re: 103.9
And a couple of drops by the Packers D (one that may have gone for 6) that would have derailed Ponder and his fragile mental state.
Fairly decent game by Ponder but the man never, ever looks away from his primary until he is on the run. Drives me bonkers

Re: Vikings @ Packers Game Day Discussion Thread -- Week 12
Typical vikings fashion to give you guys some hope playing against a practice squad QB for 2 and 1/4th quarters. Hope too many weren't fooled :( It really shows you what a difference a QB makes to the whole team though. The Packers with Rodgers are very hard to beat, the Packers with that 3rd strin...

Two good throws by Ponder. Staring down Wright though, he needs to work on his vision a bit. Amongst other things.

GB should go for it here. They would probably make it the way things are going.

That clock stoppage was pure garbage. An obvious conspiracy to give GB time to regroup. Whatever.

Re: Vikings @ Packers Game Day Discussion Thread -- Week 12
I guess they were looking to see if Flynn fumbled it forward 15 yards through the air. Or possibly giving GB a free clock stoppage??

Re: Vikings @ Seahawks Game Day Discussion Thread -- Week 11
No, good teams like the Pats are good because they found their franchise QB. They also avoid desperate moves like signing a washout QB in the middle of a season and paying him $2 million to be sit. If Patterson Floyd, or Rhodes are studs in another 2 seasons, you'd backtrack on this. I agree about ...
