A couple of questions for those more knowledgeable on the subject.
1. Wouldn't Wilf have to sell the team to the L.A group? I thought the developers of these stadiums wanted a large percentage of ownership of the team.

2. If he wont sell then it looks like he's stuck in the metrodome unless private ...

I see a lot wrong with this. A 40 yr lease the metrodome is under 30 and yet outdated?
