It's a second round pick in the NBA. The failure rate is astronomical, so really, who cares. If you want to fire him, do if for his past drafts, not this pick.

It would have made sense in the second round, considering the talent pool in this year's draft. Had there been three QBs who were far and away the pick of the litter and then a bunch of dregs aside from that, then sure, you have to pull the trigger. San Antonio isn't that big, it's #37. Only Jacksonville, Buffalo, and New Orleans are smaller markets with teams.

LA is #2, MSP is #15. Other markets with > 1M TV homes without NFL teams are #19 Orlando, #20 Sacto, #22 Portland, #25 Raleigh-Durham and #30 Hartford.
