Yep...TB supposedly makes all the throws in practice, as did Ponder. For some reason it's not completely translating into games. It's less pronounced with TB than Ponder, IMO, but the offense is worse. Both of them have had bad O-lines, just like every QB that has played here since Culpepper. O-line...
