he doesn't deserve the benefit of any doubt. He moved back 20 spots in the first to move up 12 in the second. The pick 66 ain't sheet in this deal.kidfozzy. wrote: ↑Thu Apr 28, 2022 8:45 pmDude was a beast on Wall Street. He’s not exactly retarded.allday1991 wrote: ↑Thu Apr 28, 2022 8:43 pm So how many years do we have to put up with this retarded gm? Or is this the owners.
I’ll give this a benefit of a doubt, just please don’t draft Pickett or Howell.

Re: Draft Day thread
NFL Draft trade chart. They gave up 475 points and got back 435. KAM has a better education than I, so how can he be so stupid? Get a 4th too ffs.VikingsVictorious wrote: ↑Thu Apr 28, 2022 8:52 pmThis is way worse than anything Spielman ever did.
Re: Draft Day thread
This just makes no sense. And I have not heard anyone who understands. I was thinking they would get the Lions 2023 first pick, or at least their second this year without giving up ours.

Re: Draft Day thread
he needs to be fired already. I'm not a reactionary type, but he can ruin our franchise with moves like this.fiestavike wrote: ↑Thu Apr 28, 2022 8:51 pmI hope he will be fired before he has the chance to make a selection.
Re: Draft Day thread
Look what the Giants got for the Fields pick last year.
This deal makes me think this guy has no idea how the draft works.

Yeah, I didn't want to scratch, but got the itch...(And I guess I can post again...)
Was hoping for Davis or Hamilton, but back to Spielman ball. We going to have 10 picks again this year?
32nd pick! Take a QB, or trade it to someone that wants one for the value.

Re: Draft Day thread
I'm just thunderstruck. Surprisingly, not much said, so far, with any of the Draft broadcasts. I'm watching ESPN and not much comment on what looks to me to be one of the worst trades in the past several drafts. What a disappointment!!
Don't pick a fight with an old Viking. If he is too old to fight, he'll just kill you.

Holy crap that AJ Brown trade lol

Fleeced by the Lions? Embarrassing.
Re: Draft Day thread
In an attempt to be positive ...
It's possible nobody they thought was worth it was there at 12 and rather than force it they took what they could get. They've got what amounts to 2 low first rounders now and got an extra pick.
Anyway, we didn't want a traditional GM that is necessarily reading from the same point system chart that is used by every organization covering the draft.

Maybe. Guess it will depend on who drops to us. I would've loved to be a fly on Spielman's wall when that trade went down!Cliff wrote: ↑Thu Apr 28, 2022 9:09 pm In an attempt to be positive ...

Jordan Davis, Hamilton, and the guy Detroit took Williams were all nice options.Cliff wrote: ↑Thu Apr 28, 2022 9:09 pm In an attempt to be positive ...

Re: Draft Day thread
Well, lets hope DT Devote Wyatt and CB Tyler Gordon are there.
I just don't know why we gave up our 2nd???
I could live with it, except that !!!
