Re: 2018 Free Agency
We’re getting a pick this year in 2018 and they are getting a pick next year. But with the compensatory picks coming, it’s a solid move IMOBoon wrote:Wonder what they gave up for siemien

Looks like a 2019 second/third rounder. Not too mad with this one. Hopefully he turns out okay if he has to play.Boon wrote:Wonder what they gave up for siemien

AND, he’s only owed $705,000 this year. Excellent move

Love it. Great move, Rick. TS isn't great but better than a lot of the trash out there. Got a pick this year to boot.

It better not be a 2nd or third rounder! If it's that we got fleeced.Rhodes Closed wrote:Looks like a 2019 second/third rounder. Not too mad with this one. Hopefully he turns out okay if he has to play.Boon wrote:Wonder what they gave up for siemien

Re: 2018 Free Agency
Right it better be a late round pick. He isn't 2nd or 3rd rounder worthy.

Re: 2018 Free Agency
Him, Suh or Wilkerson was my dream pickup this offseason. The value of a 3 tech is tremendous. We've lacked a pocket disrupter for some time. This defense might be able to hit another level with a guy that needs to be schemed against playing next to LJ.dead_poet wrote:We've reportedly inquired about Richardson.mansquatch wrote:he'd be a good signing although I think Suh would be even better. Probably enough gas left in the tank to make a SB run.dead_poet wrote:Room for Sheldon Richardson or nah? All quiet from his camp.

Re: 2018 Free Agency
I'm hoping 5th rounder at the latest. They need to get rid of him with Kirk, Lynch and Brock. It makes zero sense that we would trade a 2nd or a 3rd. Anything greater than a 4th is a mugging.Maelstrom88 wrote:Right it better be a late round pick. He isn't 2nd or 3rd rounder worthy.

He has game experience . And the price is right...Maybe Flip can make him a solid backup.dead_poet wrote:Love it. Great move, Rick. TS isn't great but better than a lot of the trash out there. Got a pick this year to boot.

Totally agree! I'm all for a decent, experienced backup but if this isn't a late rounder we got hosed!!!YikesVikes wrote:I'm hoping 5th rounder at the latest. Wait you think a backup on the last year of their contract is worth a 2nd rounder?halfgiz wrote:He has game experience . Re: 2018 Free Agency
There's no way it was an early pick. Even with us getting a late-rounder back this year. Denver wanted to unload him. I'd guess a 5th at most. Probably would've been lower if we did get one back this year.

That was my prediction at least. Good thing I'm not a GM though.
