Why? Both of the players we picked likely would have been gone at our pick.VikingPaul73 wrote: agreed

The Devil whispered in the Viking's ear, "There's a storm coming." The Viking replied, "I am the storm." #SKOL2018

Rick's presser:

Interesting answer to the question regarding his leaving negative influences behind in Miami: he knows Xavier and Teddy.
I wonder if they will take him under their wing. I have to say, I am a bit nervous about Cook off the field. On the field, I'm excited.

I agree..Philly would have been in on Cook and Cincy took Mixon. SD was going oline, and it would have been a long wait for eflein to fall

I'm actually not too worried about the off field stuff, the more I read the more it sounds like it wasn't a huge deal. Some trouble in high school and acquitted (in 25 minutes) in college. Sounds like a lot of the negative press going around was by a "runner" that was supposedly false.Texas Vike wrote:Rick's presser:

I'm more worried about his injuries and ball security.

So funny enough I watched this video on Cook last night hoping one of my teams would draft him.

I like the trades. I like the picks.
I have a good friend who is a well respected high school football coach, his dad played for the redskins for many years, and he is a realist. He is a skins fan and wanted them to pick cook at 17 for them. Think we did ok today. Breathe easy people!
