Good. Even though i dont like Brady (more like i am sick of him), Goodell #### this whole thing up from thd start. Goodell is making himself look awfully foolish lately. I wonder what, if anything, that will mean for his job security.

Goodell is a puppet for the Owners .. until his hypocritical ways and bias cost them fans..he will stay.. The owners
care about money, much more than wins..Maybe 20 years ago it wasn't that way, but IMO it is now..
I doubt it will be overturned but if so it would effect next season for Tom Brady
I think judges are reluctant to over turn one another in these kinds of cases.

This is going nowhere and the NFL needs to figure that out. They still have not complied with the court order in the Peterson case.

To the many unanswered questions in the NFL's Deflategate drama, we must add another: Does the NFL still have the data it collected from the random checks of the PSI levels of footballs during the 2015 season?
The NFL isn't saying, a position that could be related to ongoing legal proceedings, but that silence nevertheless leaves the league far short of the transparency one would hope for in matters it classifies as important to the integrity of the game. Perhaps commissioner Roger Goodell will clarify the situation Friday at his annual Super Bowl news conference, but until then, an important part of understanding what did or did not happen with the New England Patriots’ game-day footballs more than 12 months ago remains out of public view.
So Ben used his school science project to right that wrong.
He got an official NFL ball, inflated it to legal size and subjected it to various conditions for two hours.
“I put it in humidity, cold, snow, wind chill and the same temperature that occurred during DeflateGate,” he explained.
Then he took pressure readings. And guess what?
“Every single time I did this test the PSI dropped at least 2 PSI. That means it was scientifically proven that Tom Brady didn’t deflate the footballs, and it was just the weather conditions,” he says.
The Wells Report on DeflateGate is 243 pages. Ben reported his findings in eight. He convinced the judges, too.

Even if Brady destroyed his phone for no reason, Goodell still owes them some discipline after going easy on them their first cheating scandal.
