Packers @ Vikings Game Day Discussion Thread -- Week 17

Post by yezzir »

Well..... look at this. Biggest game since 2009. Skol!

:v):

Prediction: Vikes 30, Pack 24

Vikes get up early, then in Vikings fashion, its a nail biter till the end with Rodgers throwing incomplete while in the red zone on 4th down

Win to get in and win to knock the Fudge Packers out! Come on, SKOL VIKINGS

 :smilevike:

About a month ago I had to write a paper about Autarky and Economic Fascism for my history class in college to get my associate's degree and I said I was daydreaming in class about nothing but Benito Mussolini acting like Bud Grant and singing Skol Vikings with his fists out.

Somebody was kind enough on this board to put Helga Horns on him. I think its the funniest damn thing I've seen all year and I feel obligated for it to replace
my Mickey's Malt Liquor Hornet, which has been my longest avatar on any forum, EVER.

Which teams do we need to lose if we don't beat GB? The bears, who and who?

IIRC Bears, Giants and Cowboys must all lose. Giants and Bears should both win in the early slate of games. Don't see them both losing. Dallas is a toss up.

So IMO if we don't win we're done.

LET'S GO VIKINGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Actually I think the only one that is a toss up is the Cowboys. The Bears fold hard when its on the line it seems and NYG have been playing like crap.

Just to show how big of a game this is I have been getting texts asking what time it starts from people who really haven't been on the bandwagon since the Favre year. Man I am pumped. Not even going to watch the early games. The only game I care about today is this one!!!!!!

let's strap it on'!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Giants are at home against the Eagles. No way they lose IMO.

Giants winning by a touchdown, 7-0

Vick threw an interception deep in Eagles territory to set up the score.

Vick is one of those qbs who could randomly have a huge game.

The game's fate is in the hands of the d-line. We shut Rodgers down, we win. It's as simple as that. JA needs a huge game and cause Rodgers to throw some picks. Turnover differential is a huge factor, and our d-line are going to be the guys to cause them.

Was questionable on injury report. RT @DailyNorseman: @JayGlazer just said no Randall Cobb for the #Packers today against the #Vikings.
