I'm so excited! I got it for 116,000. The kitchen is all new, plus new windows and new furnace. Maybe I'll have a VMB get together someday :v):

god, you guys are lucky there. here in bozeman, a house that size...and more importantly in that good of shape wouldn't go for less than 175,000. i love it here, and will probably never move...but i've accepted the fact that by doing so also means i'll likely never own a house.

my brother in law recently closed on a house that may have been a little bigger than this one...but certainly not as nice and clean looking. it's not even in town, and he still paid 215,000!

i keep hearing people say NOW is the time to buy a home. i can't wait for that time to reach me here in big sky country!

Very nice. I got my first house just over a year ago now for 59,000. Houses are cheap down here in the South.
