I tried posting that this morning but couldn't for some reason. That ump had no business making that call. It was putrid. Almost as bad as the Jim Joyce call. I suppose the ump last night will magically be voted everyone's favorite umpire or whatever.

The most irritating thing is all the comments that say he missed the tag. To me, he clearly touched his leg during the slide. AND even the umpire said he blew the call, yet some are still defending it!! WTF??

to not have replay in these situations is really foolish in any sport at this level IMO
no one expects the Spanish Inquisition!
