How to get over it?

Run into some old friends from another group or board? Want to do a little schmoozing, talk over old times? Or just some off topic stuff, then this is the place.

I went through the same thing last May, and it sucks.

Anything that reminds you of her make sure you put it in a box or something and put it in the closet. Like you said keep yourself busy. There isn't much you can do but let yourself heal, and surround yourself with friends and family. It takes time, and it feels like forever, but you'll make it through.

Good luck!! Let me know if you need more advice, like I said I went through the same thing a few montha ago.

Maybe try to focus on others and their feelings to avoid stressing on your own. Find something nice to do for someone else like you Mom or Dad, or friends at school, etc. Volunteer to do things you don't have to do that are nice for others.

I have always found working out or running to be a good way to get rid of
stress.

a lot of it is just time though to be honest..
you cared for this person and now there gone in a way...
try and look at it postively though and remember good things
or think to the future what mistakes did I make with this relationship
that I don't want to make the next girl who is twice as HOT as the last :D

There are 3.5 billion other women to try, and in the meantime you still have 10 fingers.
