for the game this sunday. They sent me tickets
for the Tampa Bay night game in SF on 12-23.
I called them and asked them to send me the right ones.
They sent them the next day. Stub Hub was supposed to send
me a return mail printout(via email) for the wrong tickets. Stub Hub "again"
screwed up and sent me a return voucher to mail them to my own
adress. I called them up and was very unhappy having to deal
with this after working all night before. Now they send me this email
saying I will have to pay for both sets of tickets if I don't have them
mailed by today. Less than 24 hours of their second mistake.
Stub Hub still has not sent me a valid return slip for the tickets
either. Man I steamed right now! This seems like mail fraud
or something to me
