I'm just taking a guess here, but it looks like you are trying to link to a picture that may be in some kind of mail client, like Yahoo. You won't be able to do that. The picture needs to be hosted somewhere on the Internet.

Try saving it to your system and them posting it on photobucket.com.
It is a free webhosting site and it is very easy to use. Remember that you want to chose the size of the picture when you upload it-- 640x480 will probably be the best option so that it does not mess with page formating.
