Is there a way to turn off avatars when viewing the site?

Run into some old friends from another group or board? Want to do a little schmoozing, talk over old times? Or just some off topic stuff, then this is the place.

Is there a way to turn off avatars when viewing the site?

I check the boards mostly at work, and up to this point the avatars have been fine. But I think TrenchGoon's is pushing the limit of what I would deem appropriate to have on my computer in a work environment.

So is there anyway I can turn the avatars off?

I searched through the profile manager and even went as far as to look him up to see if you could block individual users but didn't see anything like that.

They might be able to do it via admin controls but I'd doubt they could make it happen for just one user.

Maybe just PM trench and see if he'd mind changing it?

I would think a PM would be more effective than calling him out in a post...

He isn't calling anyone out. He's asking a fair question about how to set up the board for his use at work.
