where to go after the game

We are going to the game on Oct 13, this is the first time we arent going to be staying at a hotel and we are takeing the train. we depart target field at 4:55, just wondering where the "place to go" right after the game is.
Also is there a "place to go" closer to target field?.. paranoid about being late for the train hehe.
