UK Visitor to Browns Game

Hi - given the Vikings are giving up a home game this season, as a big NFL fan, I thought I would make the trip over to the twin cities to see this weekends game vs the Browns
I'll be staying near downtown Minneapolis and have a game ticket but the one thing I was hoping someone could assist with would be if there's a tailgate party I could join for a couple of hours. Obviously, i won't have any equipment of note as a visitor but would happily have a supply of beers and such products.
Would someone be able to advise the best way I could sample the pre-game experience with other Vikings fans? Having watched a number of years of the NFL in the UK, I could also share some tips/experience as to what the game will be like for any fans making the trip the following week
