My friends and I are coming down from Winnipeg Manitoba for the game against Dallas. I will be in a hotel near the dome and was just wondering what to expect or where to go for tailgating. I've read about the 3 purple lots close by to the dome, is it an issue just walking in and drinking in public areas like that or this any fees I should know of beforehand. Also is there grills to use too?? This will be my first NFL game and we figure mind as well indulge in some tailgating to get the full experience and cheer on our favourite team in the league. Any do's and don't's or other insightful info welcome.

I will be in lot 3. There is no fee if you are just walking around drinking. You can ask to use somebodies grill. That is no big deal. Some people will probably just give you food anyway.
