Historical first seed record ?

I have been watching a lot of off-season
Chatter about the NFC powerhouse teams
and the Vikings always rank in the top
five, usually second or third. The Packers
show up occasionally at five.
I am guessing with the Rams, Eagles, Saints
or someone else 13 wins will
be the number of the 1 seed maybe 12.
Dallas will have back there running back
all season. Giants almost through blind
luck will be better.
The Rams added a lot of weapons but
sometimes that doesn't work out well.
Seattle should really struggle with the
defense mostly gone or at the back end
of there careers. I could see Carrol retiring
or jumping back to college.
