arrested on Three major felonies.
GM for niners already has said he is
off the team, if charges are accurate.
Domestic Assualt with Major Injury
Physical prevention of reporting
a crime.
Assualt Weapon charges

Looks like either he was falsely accused OR they reached a financial agreement behind the scenes. Hard to say which without more info.

I would say paid to keep quiet.
Those charges require serious
injuries. The weapon can get
pleaded down. With no testimony
and a good lawyer this could be
virtually nothing.
If this guy has some common sense
he will learn from it, if not he will be
in the news again.
The GM from the niners is pretty clear
on his feelings about these issues. Will
Ownership back those calls ?

I read an article in the local paper
close to the niners ...sounds like
He was trying to kick her out and
got out of hand and she called the
cops on him...
He also has another court case
with Weed or something...
Sounds like even if he gets off
on these charges..Rodger is going
to suspend him .
