Concussion protocol

Post by S197 » Sun Dec 10, 2017 6:53 pm

If you haven't seen the Tom Savage video, you should. Guy is in full blown fencing position and having a seizure. They let him back in the game a couple plays later. I hope this is the beginning of Goodell finally getting fired.

I agree Goodell should go but how would this push him out?

Because the NFL had supposedly put in stricter concussion protocols. I just want him to go. But it is disgusting the doctors let him back in.

The ink is barely dry on his extension. He's not going anywhere.

Seems like it might be a miss somewhere; like the independent concussion staff didn't see the on the field the twitching until after he was already evaluated.

I wonder if the refs can provide input because he clearly saw it

The refs have the right to send off a player for evaluation from what I've heard.
