The Toilet Bowl: Who Will Be The Worst Team In The League?

Since we have some Super Bowl threads, a Toilet Bowl thread is needed.
Here are my contenders:
1. New York Jets.
Their QB is Josh McCown and the backups are hysterically bad. They lost Eric Decker and David Harris and other players. They are weakest on offense. They were 5-11 last year and took some steps backwards.
2. Cleveland Browns
The reigning Chumpians were 1-15 last year. The QB position is weak and will be a slap fight to determine who the starter is. They have a good line and their RB Isaiah Crowell is decent but everything else looks pretty bad.
3. Jacksonville Jaguars
They were 3-13 last year but they did pick up Leonard Fournette. I think he is the real deal and if he is that alone puts them ahead of the Jets and the Browns I think.
4. Chicago Bears
They were 2-14 last year and they still suck! QB Mike Glennon is the pits and of course they will get swept by the Vikings. Right?
5. San Francisco 49ers
They fired their coach and GM and are the worst run D in the league. Their QB situation stinks to high heaven. The only team they beat last years was the Rams (swept them). Personally this is my pick.
