I sense sarcastic intent...I am just trying to say its stupid to build a Billion ++++ stadium in gang land central
I wouldn't put a healthy organ in a cancer filled body either...

Arguably the broken windows theory as well as crime displacement theory would suggest that doing this is the single fastest way to improve an area.

Being from STL I want them to crash and burn. Signing Fisher long term should help.
