LOL! I know what you mean his man-crush on Rodgers was irritatingly evident today.

Regarding that game: I thought the Bears played pretty well against the (in my opinion) overrated Packers. They even had a shot to win it. I was baffled by their play calling near the goal line in the 4th quarter. Gase should have given Forte at least one shot to run it in.
You know, its funny, most Packers fans I know adamantly swear that Buck and especially Aikman have it out for them.

Packers still own the Bears, just the same ol Jay. Still, I respect them for a decent effort, their coaches called a good game, imo. Forte ran at will, we were getting in the backfield but not making the tackles.

Nice upset for the Rams as well, week 1 is always a crazy week.

Mariota has four TD passes and a 157 passer rating -- in the FIRST HALF.

Dude is pretty good.

Yep, and the Bucs D is pretty terrible too, but not too surprised about that.

Then Winston "McNabb's" it on a 3rd and 42(would have been well short even if it didn't bounce off the ground first). Glad I'm not a Bucs fan right now.

Gotta love Leslie Frazier defenses!

The Lions are really looking bad right now...it's amazing how different they've looked for most of this game compared to the first quarter.

Is it time to crown HIZ AZZ?!? Mariota with those 4 TDs

So, let's speculate about him making the Hall of Fame before his first game is finished,

At this current rate of production, he passes for 64 touchdowns and has no interceptions or fumbles.

There is no question that he will be magnificent. The only question is...

Hall of Famer, or First Ballot Hall of Famer?

And now Lovie doesn't challenge what looks like a TD. What a mess.

Poor Jamarcus Winston

Glad to see Mariota come out and start his career with a decisive win.

I'm about 90% certain the Bucs are the worst franchise top-to-bottom in the league. I understand the Jags and Raiders have claim to the title, but the Bucs are really gunning for that top spot.

You are talking worst roster I imagine?

I think the Jags are still the cream of the trash.

Why don't you join us in the Around the League thread instead of starting three more threads?

Also including coaching and personnel decisions, which is why I think the the Bucs are rapidly descending.

I wonder if Lovie will last the season? What an embarrassment.

Oakland and Jacksonville didn't look much better though...
