I deleted the post. Marshall is still on the block. I don't think the report was true.

Dwayne Bowe is going to get cut or traded (likely cut) per Ian Rapoport on Twitter

49ers signed DE Darnell Dockett to a two-year, $7.5 million contract.

The deal includes $4M in the first year but only $2M guaranteed. It's more than the Cardinals offered Dockett to come back, but it still reflects his status as a 34-year-old (in May) who missed all of 2014 due to an August ACL tear. In San Francisco, Dockett will compete with Tank Carradine and others for the starting 3-4 end job vacated by Ray McDonald. Most likely, Dockett will end up in a heavy rotation.

Although we play SD this year :)

Great move for the Chargers. They have never really given Rivers an established weapon.

That was a false report, but they may certainly inquire. He would be a good addition to pair with Keenan Allen while they still have Rivers.

Surprised there hasn't been a thread about this.
The trade, which cannot become official until free agency opens Tuesday at 4 p.m. ET, will also rely on Marshall passing a physical. The Jets are sending a fifth-round pick to the Bears in return, according to a source.
I get that he's been injured and isn't the easiest guy to work with but a 5th for Marshall is a STEAL. Granted, I seriously doubt Chicago would have traded him to an NFC North rival but man, I would have tried real hard if I were the Vikings. The guy is straight up unstoppable when he's healthy. The $7.7 million against the cap is what kept teams away but I think the Jets are going to be happy they made this trade in a year. The Bears, not so much.

Edit: forgot link http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/12432 ... -york-jets

Edit2: merged into other thread I didn't see

I agree. A good deal for the Jets. Between the Jets and the Bills, the AFC East is becoming much more competitive on paper.
