Since using the helmet is a penalty, all teams are using shoulder tackling, except that many d-backs don't use their chest for impact or wrap up. I think Deon Sanders invented this since he never hit anyone. Thus, he's still in great shape with about as little of body damage as an ex NFL'er can have.
