Tough gig.

Tice's coaching career seems to be going in reverse.

Well, there went part of my dream. Jack Del Rio as head our head coach and Mike Tice assistant head coach. :(

Was it the nightmare part? Who in the world would want Jack Del Rio as a head coach again after his showing in Jacksonville?

I always thought Tice was a great OL coach. Wish we could have gotten him back in that capacity...

I liked him as a Head Coach. He got a lot out of not much talent.

But you are right, he was an awesome OL coach.

Wasn't it the Del Rio Jville teams that had the blueprint on how to beat the Colts during thair heyday? I don't think you can fault someone for not creating a dynasty in Jacksonville.
