Former Vikings coach Mike Tice tries coping with life away from NFL
Cool. I'd enjoy seeing him on NFLN.BS: Were there opportunities to coach in the NFL?
MT: There were a few things that came up but those jobs got filled up by other coaches, most notably younger coaches. I joined the Y. I'm trying to look young. I'm not sure they can help with my hair loss. Maybe I'll try that spray-on hair stuff. (Laughs.)
BS: Is TV an option?
MT: I've had a meeting with the NFL Network, and I think there's going to be some projects I'll do during the season. That's good.
