@Jaguars HC Bradley on Fowler: "He's being evaluated. We'll know more tonight."

The first-round pick was carted off the field Friday during Jacksonville's first rookie minicamp after tumbling to the ground during 11-on-11 drills, per multiple reports.

The No. 3 overall pick was seen holding his left knee as trainers descended.

Fowler was helped to a nearby tent, where he was examined by team medical officials. The former Florida pass rusher was later wheeled away to the locker room.

Sounds very bad.. was helped off the field(no weight on knee) and wheeled into the locker room...
Hope it works out for him, poor Jags

Chiming in on the poor j-ville chorus. What a snakebit franchise...since Coughlin left anyway.

@AdamSchefter: Jaguars' 1st-round pick Dante Fowler tore his ACL and is out for the season, league source tells ESPN. Just wow.

Hasn't signed his contract yet either.

Apparently, there's some clause by the NFLPA or NFL or whomever that stipulates if a rookie gets injured prior to signing, the team has to make a "good faith effort." We'll see how that goes...

Well it isnt like the rookie contracts are huge anymore... They could just give him a normal rookie deal and it won't damage them financially too much.
