The two sides are looking at text and expect to sign the deal by Thursday morning, a league source told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter.

about bloody time, now we can go back to the way it was with the favoritism err proper game calling.
even though the scabs blew alot of calls it exposed many "elite" teams for the frauds that they are.

Although I think it's a great thing, I think that people will still complain about calls, but at least you won't have officials out there that at times look lost and overwhelmed...
