http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap100000 ... line_stackThe impending trade likely marks the end of Vince Young's brief stint with the Bills, where coach Chan Gailey has obviously seen enough from the former Tennesse Titans and Philadelphia Eagles passer who sputtered in three preseason appearances for Buffalo. Gailey has thrived working with mobile quarterbacks, but Young struggled to adapt to Buffalo's spread offense.
Jackson is yet another mid-level passer, but an upgrade over Young. None of this is good news for backup Tyler Thigpen. The Bills have said all summer they're committed to keeping versatile Brad Smith as the team's third passer.

I bet at the end of the 2006 draft nobody thought this would be in an article 6 years later;

I always said Jackson was a cheaper version of Young. Now it seems Young was just the more expensive version of Jackson.
Vikings fan since Nov. 6, 1966. Annoying Packer fans since Nov. 7, 1966

I work with a couple sea chickens fans and they were stocked about T jack as well.
T jack is a good guy who works hard and practices hard.. when the game is on he is a different guy
I thought the Bills were on the way up and might even take the division this year or next..
after this preseason and picking up T joke I am not so sure anymore

It's like... "We are well stocked on chicken soup".

As of now, he remains the 3rd string QB for the Bills. Looks like Thigpen's job is safe. See here.
