Who to start?

I'm in the championship game in my money league. I'm set at most positions, but both my RBs and potentially my flex are up in the air. Just looking for some insight on who to start.
RBs: CJ Spiller (vs. Mia), Chris Johnson (vs. Jac), Benjarvis Green-Ellis (vs. Min), Rashard Mendanhall (vs. Sea), Andre Ellington (vs. Sea), & Darren Sproles (vs. Car)
WRs (other than Megatron & VJax): Mike Wallace (vs. Buf), Brian Hartline (vs. Buf), Steve Smith (vs. NO), & Cordarrelle Patterson (vs. Cin).
I'm thinking Wallace for the Flex, but Hartline is pretty steady as well and Patterson's starting to break out. Cincinnati appears to be a worse matchup, but with Hall on IR and Newman out for a couple weeks, it might not be as bad a matchup.
RBs I'm completely torn. Spiller is boom or bust, CJ has been steady, but a little underwhelming, Mendanhall and Ellington are both decent, but have a tough matchup. Sproles and BGE haven't been that great this year.
