Lloyd or Decker as WR3?

Decker is going against my Pittsburgh defense. He will clearly be a favorite for Manning. At least if my D gets hurt by him I'll at least get some benefit out of it.
Lloyd is a great WR but in NE it seems like TEs are the main guys.
my 2 other WRs are Harvin and Calvin Johnson

PPR? If so, I'd go Decker. He'd also be the safer pick. He's also reportedly established better rapport with Manning than Lloyd has thus far with Brady. If you want safe, go Decker. If you want the potential for more points, go Lloyd. I'd go Decker given that your other receivers should have excellent games. I like your list of WRs.

Non-PPR.
I'm going Calvin J, Harvin, Decker. If Lloyd explodes I'll use him later.
