Which one(s) do you guys use?

I play through yahoo generally and just get updates through there. If anything new has happened with a player they get an "update" thing next to their name.

Rotoworld. They're about as up-to-date as you can get. Though you may have to search out the player's name if they're not listed here: http://www.rotoworld.com/playernews/nfl/football?rw=1
