You have some tough matchups there. T.O. would be a lock if Romo were playing. But you almost have to go with him with his potential. Plus Brad knows he needs to get him the ball. And Roddy White has been so hot, it would be hard to bench him. I don't think he's going to have a great game though. The Eagles are going to be all over White's QB. Chad Johnson hasn't done anything this year. With the exception of last week when he had a TD. And Marvin the same. Except Harrison has been a little better, but has the Tennessee D to go against. The Ravens pass D is better than the Titans pass D, and that was Harrisons best game.
Here's what I would go with.

White
C.Johnson. (I'm starting him in one of my leagues)
Harrison (it's kind of a toss up with M.H. and C.J. Houston's D is much worse than the Titans, and they might shut down Manning)
