Brees is usually a no brainer but given the injuries to Colston and Shockey, as well as his line, should I start McNabb this week?

I don't know that I'd call Brees a "no brainer" over McNabb this year period. They've got comparable yards and the same amount of TDs but Brees has two more INTs.

However, this week Brees goes up against SF and McNabb goes up against Chicago. I'd play Brees even with the problems they're having ... will SF be able to exploit them?

Brees in a heartbeat. Mcnabb is a little beat-up and his top RB Westbrook might not play. Brees is going up against San fran and has Reggie Bush.
