Dynasty League

I am in a dynasty league with a few coworkers and friends. We have an offensive draft, individual defensive player draft, and a rookie/free agent pool draft for any players left over. I have 11th overall on offense, first on defense, and 12th on rookie/free agent. I just wanted some opinions on who I should take with the 11th pick as well as my rookie draft. I won't know who will be available at each spot but I know I am going to be confused on what to pick at each spot. I will be taking Patrick Willis first in the defensive draft, obviously, but the rest of the draft is a mystery. I looked up the point totals and it looked like QB's were more valuable in this league than running backs with 7 out of the highest 10 point totals going to QB's. Any comments or thoughts would be very helpful.
