Yeah, like Purplepride said. It wasn't that Burfict went unnoticed, he just was black listed. What killed Burfict was his combine interview and his lack of an explanation for the personal foul penalties he received his last year at Arizona. Also, his last year at Arizona he gained a few extra pounds which lead most to believe he lacked passion for the game (due to his seemingly nonchalance toward the game).

I remember being high on Burfict until his character issues killed his stock. Still, I was secretly hoping Minnesota would have least spent a late round pick on him/sign him as a UDFA.
