Re: Committee approves four-team playoff! Hopefully it moves to 8 quickly. 4 seems like it will just be 2 SEC teams and 2 others most of the time. I understand you could make the same complaints as team #9 in an 8 team playoff, but I think the top 8 would get all the strong teams in about any given year.

Committee approves four-team playoff! Pathway now open. Meaningless bowls now codified. No choice to grow to 8 then 16, only question is how fast. Only 3 games now matter at all.
