Can't say I'm surprised to see Philly favored over Arizona. Will the Cards pull it off again?

I'm thinking there is a good chance for a PA Super Bowl. Wonder what the over/under on the number of Eagles fans arrested at the Super Bowl will be if they get there? 5,000?
