Re: Pick4 Week 1 -- Schmoozing I wasn't really feeling too confident about my picks, so I wanted home teams under 10 point favorites and I wound up with Minnesota, Detroit and Green Bay.
Nearly went Tampa Bay for the old school Division sweep but went with a Pittsburgh straight pick against Denver.
Feeling IFFY. The game I'm most confident about is the Vikings one. I feel we'll win by a pretty comfy 10 points.
Edit: Vikings looking TERRIBLE.

Don't know about this, when the Vikes were a dominant team, I would think one would feel comfortable picking them. Say when they were one of the top 4 or 5 teams in the league the way the Packers, FortyNiners and probably the Texans now. Anyway, I have fouled up my picks by picking close games. I wonder if New Orleans is suffering an ill effect from "bounty gate" and people are out after them more. It seems possible but I'm not sure if I am making a valid hypothesis, what we do know is they are 0-2 with the "Ten Million Dollar Man", think I saw Brees on the cover of some magazine, perhaps Muscle and Fitness.
