Spectacular news. Mackensie is an incredible slot corner and he knows the system.
Zimmer really took the bad defense personally.
He should. His D was one of the biggest jokes ever in our history. He's is a defensive genius supposedly. This Mac guy played good for us in the slot from what I remember. But there's a reason teams weren't chasing him. And a reason why we let him take him game out of town.
Uh... we tried to resign him for more than the Bengals. He declined. I don't see that as "us letting him take his game out of town".
So if you're gonna lie, at least do it on something actually convincing.

We let him take his game out of town. How is that a lie. He didn't play here last year. A tag would have stopped that. Is that better? I said a reason, I didn't give the reason as money or anything else. Only him and the team knows the reason. Something wasn't right or he would have never left. Why is that so hard?

Our patience is being rewarded. The pieces are falling together nicely going into the draft. I wouldn’t rule out a trade that will catch us all by surprise.
Catch us all by surprise? If Speilman trades down for a 7th round pick, it is no surprise
He's average overall. His contract reflects that, but he has experience in the system and provides some veteran presence in the secondary and at the worst depth.
