No way Smith sees time primarily as a blocking TE. If he's on the field and they're using him as a blocker, that is an incredible waste of his talent. Plus, blocking isn't his strength. He's not a bad blocker, but probably not the best blocking option at TE either.

I look for the TE's to show up more in the redzone both as primary targets and in terms of total TDs. Yardage will not tell the whole story, but that should increase modestly as well.
You hit it on the head. Smith won't be the blocker TE that will probably be Morgan I think.
