Kyle Carter. He took Blake Bell's spot when he went on IR.

Bears 0-3 on 3rd down. If the Vikings defense plays lights out today, they could be getting close to being one of those historic defenseses (Stat wise) I believe. Maybe top 5?

What is the best ever 3rd down defense?

Quote:
The great defenses of the recent past have been dominant on third downs, but not as dominating as the Vikings. The 2000 Baltimore Ravens went down as the most dominating defense of its decade and the Ravens’ third-down defense in its Super Bowl-winning season was at 34.1 percent.

The 2013 Seattle Seahawks were viewed as the most dominating defense since the 2000 Ravens and their third-down conversion rate that year was 35.2 percent. The 2015 Denver Broncos won a Super Bowl on the backs of the defense and their third-down rate was 34.4 percent.

Not sure what to make of the offense so far. They're getting bailed out by penalties.

If nobody gets hurt and we win and Teddy gets some playing time to knock the rust off, it's all good.

His deep throws have never bee great, and I know you're being sarcastic, but it works. I would like to see him. Complete more of them but hopefully that will. Come.

They're taking advantage of the penalties though. That is nice to see.

I guess the good thing is he's throwing these in man on man coverage so it's less likely to get picked. But a good corner may pick these floaters.

All legit penalties. If they were iffy calls I would feel a little uneasy. But they were all correct calls.

Diggs should have thrown the ball out of bounds and saved 7 yards.
