Bears 0-3 on 3rd down. If the Vikings defense plays lights out today, they could be getting close to being one of those historic defenseses (Stat wise) I believe. Maybe top 5?

The great defenses of the recent past have been dominant on third downs, but not as dominating as the Vikings. The 2000 Baltimore Ravens went down as the most dominating defense of its decade and the Ravens’ third-down defense in its Super Bowl-winning season was at 34.1 percent.

The 2013 Seattle Seahawks were viewed as the most dominating defense since the 2000 Ravens and their third-down conversion rate that year was 35.2 percent. The 2015 Denver Broncos won a Super Bowl on the backs of the defense and their third-down rate was 34.4 percent.

Not sure what to make of the offense so far. They're getting bailed out by penalties.
